Ingredients
- 500g fresh mushrooms
- 60ml olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 250ml cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 50g grated cheese (optional)
Method
- Clean the mushrooms and slice them into even pieces.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until soft.
- Next, add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms. Sauté until the mushrooms are brown and tender.
- Pour in the cream and stir. Let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt, pepper, and parsley. If desired, stir in the grated cheese before serving.
