Delicious Mummy Jalapeno Poppers Recipe For Halloween Fun

Ingredients
8 fresh jalapeño peppers
200 g cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or similar)
100 g cooked bacon, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
Cooking spray

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the jalapeños in half, lengthwise, and remove the seeds.
2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheese, bacon, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until combined.
3. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture using a spoon.
4. Dip each filled jalapeño in beaten egg and then coat with breadcrumbs.
5. Place the poppers on a baking tray, spray with cooking spray, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
