Ingredients
– 1 cup flour

Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line a muffin tray with paper liners.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, nuts, cinnamon, grated carrots, shredded coconut, and raisins.
3. Pour in the milk and stir until everything is combined.
4. Divide the batter evenly into the muffin cups.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until muffins are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
