Ingredients

Method
1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add mustard seeds and urad dal, cooking until the seeds crackle.
3. Introduce chopped onion and green chilies, sautéing until the onion softens.
4. Mix in the mixed vegetables, salt, and turmeric powder, stirring well.
5. Cook everything covered for about 10 minutes, then stir in grated coconut and garnish with coriander leaves.
