Ingredients

– 1 cup mixed sprouts
– 1 tablespoon oil
– 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
– 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
– 1 medium onion, chopped
– 1 green chili, chopped
– 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
– 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
– Salt to taste
– 1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped

Method

1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds; let them crackle.
3. Toss in the chopped onion and green chili; sauté until the onion turns golden.
4. Stir in ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for a few minutes.
5. Finally, add mixed sprouts and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.
