Ingredients
– 1 kg ground beef
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 egg
– 1 cup milk
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 1 cup barbecue sauce
– 1 cup beef broth
– 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, half of the barbecue sauce, chopped onion, garlic powder, and salt in a large bowl.
3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it into a baking dish.
4. Pour the remaining barbecue sauce, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce over the meatloaf.
5. Bake for 1 hour, or until cooked through, then allow it to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
