Ingredients

1 packet of pastry shells
1 cup pumpkin puree
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
Whipped cream for topping

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Place pastry shells on a baking tray.
3. In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, egg, and spices until smooth.
4. Carefully pour the pumpkin mixture into each pastry shell.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set. Cool slightly and top with whipped cream.
