Delicious Mini Frittatas With Spinach And Red Pepper Recipe

Ingredients

– 6 large eggs
– 1 cup spinach, chopped
– 1 red bell pepper, diced
– 1 cup cheese, shredded
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Method

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a muffin tin with a little olive oil.
2. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add milk, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix until combined.
3. Stir in the spinach, bell pepper, and cheese. Ensure everything is evenly distributed.
4. Pour the egg mixture into each muffin cup, filling them about three-quarters full.
5. Bake for around 15-20 minutes until the frittatas are puffed and golden. Let them cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin.
