Ingredients

Method
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and dried red chilies. Wait until they start to pop.
3. Mix in chopped onion and cook until it turns golden brown.
4. Stir in chopped tomato, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes soften.
5. Pour in water and add black pepper. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
