Delicious Mexican Street Corn Pasta Salad Recipe For Summer

Ingredients
250 g pasta (any type you prefer)
1 cup sweet corn (canned or frozen)
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 avocado, diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Method
1. Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package. Drain and set aside to cool down.
2. In a large bowl, combine sweet corn, diced bell pepper, and diced avocado.
3. Add the cooled pasta to the vegetable mixture.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
5. Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetables. Gently toss everyone together until coated.
