Ingredients
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup capsicum, chopped
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, mix the minced beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, capsicum, barbecue sauce, egg, garlic powder, cumin, and some salt and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it into a baking dish.
- Bake for about 45-50 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
