Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 small tomato, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Method
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place two slices, butter-side down, on a hot pan or grill.
- Sprinkle cheese, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on the slices.
- Add tomato and avocado slices on top of the cheese, then cover with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
- Cook until golden brown, flip, and cook the other side until the cheese has melted.
