Ingredients

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease a baking dish or skillet.
2. In a large bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, and chili powder if using.
3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and vegetable oil until combined.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mix. Stir in the corn and cheese.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
