Ingredients
– 4 chicken thighs

– 1 lime, juiced
– Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
3. Coat the chicken thighs with the spice mixture.
4. Place the chicken in a baking dish and squeeze lime juice over the top.
5. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
