Ingredients
– 500 g chicken breast, sliced
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 1 green bell pepper, sliced
– 1 onion, sliced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tsp cumin powder
– 1 tsp paprika
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 4 tortillas
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the sliced chicken to the pan and cook until it turns golden brown, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in the sliced bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
4. Sprinkle the cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper over the mixture. Stir well to combine all the flavors and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Serve the chicken and vegetable mix wrapped in warm tortillas.
