Delicious Methi Thalipeeth Recipe: Easy Fenugreek Flatbread

Ingredients

– 2 cups whole wheat flour
– 1 cup fresh fenugreek leaves, chopped
– 1 medium onion, finely chopped
– 1-2 green chilies, chopped
– 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
– 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1 teaspoon chili powder
– Salt, to taste
– Water, as needed
– Oil, for cooking

Method

1. In a large bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, chopped fenugreek leaves, onion, green chilies, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt.
2. Gradually add water to the mixture, kneading until a soft dough forms.
3. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each portion into a ball.
4. Roll one ball into a flat circle on a lightly floured surface, about 1/4 inch thick.
5. Heat a pan with a little oil and cook the rolled dough for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
