Delicious Methi Aaku Badeela Koora: Chickpea Flour Balls Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup chickpea flour
1 cup fresh methi leaves, chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1-2 green chilies, chopped
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon red chili powder
Salt to taste
Water, as needed
Oil for frying
Lemon wedges, for serving

Method
1. Combine chickpea flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt in a bowl.
2. Add chopped onions, green chilies, and methi leaves to the flour mixture.
3. Gradually mix water into the bowl until a thick batter forms.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on all sides.
