Ingredients

Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Whisk until the mixture is smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter.
- Pour in a ladleful of batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
- Serve warm with maple syrup on top.
