Method

1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic, ground cumin, and paprika. Stir for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Mix in the drained chickpeas and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Toss in the fresh spinach and halved cherry tomatoes. Cook for an additional 3 minutes, until the spinach wilts.
5. Squeeze lemon juice on top and season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
