Method
1. Begin by cutting the cauliflower into small florets.
2. Boil a pot of water, then add the cauliflower and garlic. Cook for about 10 minutes until tender.
3. Drain the cauliflower and garlic, then place them in a bowl.
4. Add milk, butter, sour cream, salt, and pepper to the cauliflower. Mash everything together until smooth.
5. Pour the mashed cauliflower into a serving dish and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
