Masala Akki Roti Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups rice flour
1 cup water
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 medium tomato, finely chopped
2 green chilies, finely chopped
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
¼ cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil

Method
Combine rice flour, chopped onion, tomato, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, coriander, cumin seeds, and salt in a mixing bowl. Gradually add water, mixing well to form a soft dough.

Divide the dough into equal-sized portions and shape each piece into a ball.

Roll each ball into a flat round shape on a floured surface, about ¼ inch thick.

Heat a skillet or frying pan over medium heat and drizzle a bit of oil. Cook the rolled roti for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve the hot masala akki roti with yogurt or pickles.
