Maple Fudge Recipe
Ingredients
– 1 ½ cups brown sugar
– ÂĽ cup milk
– 100 g butter
– 1 cup maple syrup
– 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
1. Begin by greasing an 8-inch square pan.
2. In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, milk, and butter.
3. Heat over medium, stirring regularly until the mixture comes to a boil.
4. Allow the mixture to boil for about 5 minutes without stirring.
5. Remove from heat and stir in maple syrup, nuts, and vanilla extract. Pour into the prepared pan and let it cool completely.
