Ingredients
– 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
– 2 tablespoons ghee
– 2 medium onions, finely chopped
– 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
– 2 tablespoons red chili powder
– 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1 tablespoon coriander powder
– 1 teaspoon garam masala
– Salt, to taste
– Fresh coriander, for garnish
Method
1. Heat the ghee in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onions and sauté them until they turn golden brown.
3. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a few minutes.
4. Mix in the spices: red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for another couple of minutes.
5. Add the chicken pieces and coat them well with the mix. Cover and cook until the chicken is tender. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
