Ingredients
– 4 chicken breasts
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 egg
– 250 ml milk
– 1 cup shredded cheese
– 1 cup pineapple chunks
– 1 cup cooked ham, diced
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
2. In a shallow bowl, mix milk and egg. In another bowl, add salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs.
3. Dip each chicken breast in the milk mixture, then coat in breadcrumbs. Place them in the prepared baking dish.
4. Top each piece of chicken with diced ham, pineapple chunks, and shredded cheese. Drizzle soy sauce over the top.
5. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
