Delicious Makki Ki Roti With Sarson Ka Saag Recipe

Ingredients

– 2 cups corn flour
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup water
– 4 cups mustard greens
– 1 teaspoon ginger paste
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 tablespoons ghee or oil
– 1 teaspoon red chili powder
– 1 tablespoon butter
– Water for boiling

Method

1. In a bowl, mix corn flour and salt. Gradually add water to form a dough.
2. Boil water in a large pot and add mustard greens. Cook for about 10 minutes until soft.
3. Drain the greens and let them cool. Chop them finely.
4. Heat ghee or oil in a pan. Sauté onions and ginger paste until onions are golden. Add chopped greens and red chili powder. Cook for 5 more minutes.
5. Shape the corn dough into flat discs. Cook each on a hot pan for about 2 minutes on each side. Serve with butter on top.
