Ingredients
– 240 ml water
– 1 bag of Earl Grey tea
– 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
– 60 ml milk
– 15 g sugar (or to taste)
– 1/4 teaspoon lavender (optional)
– Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
– Ground nutmeg (optional, for garnish)
– Cinnamon (optional, for garnish)
Method
1. Begin by boiling the water in a small pot.
2. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the Earl Grey tea bag. Let it steep for about 5 minutes.
3. After steeping, take out the tea bag and stir in the sugar along with the vanilla extract. If desired, add lavender for extra flavor.
4. In a separate container, heat the milk until warm, then froth it using a frother or whisk.
5. Pour the tea mixture into cups, add the frothed milk on top, and finish with whipped cream, nutmeg, or cinnamon if you like.
