Delicious Loaded Twice-Baked Potatoes: A Flavorful Recipe Guide

Ingredients

– 4 large potatoes
– 120 ml sour cream
– 120 g shredded cheese
– 100 g cooked bacon, chopped
– 60 g green onions, chopped
– 60 g butter
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
– Optional: additional cheese for topping

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Scrub the potatoes and pierce them with a fork. Bake for about 45 minutes or until soft.
3. Allow the potatoes to cool slightly before cutting them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the insides into a bowl while leaving a bit of potato in the skins.
4. Mix the potato insides with butter, sour cream, half of the cheese, bacon, half of the green onions, salt, and pepper until creamy and well combined.
5. Fill the potato skins with the mixture, top with more cheese if you want, and bake them for another 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
