– 100 ml cranberry sauce

– Optional: lettuce or spinach leaves
Method
1. Start by mixing the shredded turkey with gravy in a bowl.
2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
3. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in a heated frying pan.
4. Layer the turkey mixture, cheese, and optional lettuce on top.
5. Top it with another slice of bread, butter side up. Cook until golden, then flip and cook the other side.
