Method
1. Start by heating a large pot over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned.
2. Toss in the chopped onion and garlic, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until soft.
3. Add the chopped tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning, stirring everything together.
4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then add the uncooked pasta. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes until the pasta is cooked.
5. Serve the soup in bowls and top with ricotta, mozzarella, and fresh basil.
