Ingredients
500 g ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes
2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
300 g pasta
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is soft.
2. Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring the mixture to a boil.
3. Add the pasta, reduce the heat, and let the soup simmer for about 10 minutes or until the pasta is tender.
4. Mix in the ricotta cheese. Stir well to combine everything.
5. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot, garnished with grated cheese on top.
