Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
500 g ground beef
400 g canned tomatoes
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 cups cooked lasagna noodles
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until softened.
2. Stir in the ground beef, cooking until browned. Break up any clumps with a spoon.
3. Mix in the canned tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for about 15 minutes.
4. In a baking dish, spread a layer of the meat sauce, then add cooked lasagna noodles. Top with a layer of ricotta cheese and some mozzarella.
5. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 to 40 minutes.
