Ingredients
– 4 chicken breasts
– 1 cup of barbecue sauce
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
– 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
– 4 hamburger buns
– 1 cup of coleslaw
– 1/2 cup of pickles
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2. Mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
3. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture and place them on a baking tray.
4. Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until fully cooked.
5. Remove from the oven, brush barbecue sauce on the chicken, and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve on buns topped with coleslaw and pickles.
