Ingredients
1 cup semolina
1 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
2 tablespoons ghee
1/4 cup grated coconut
1/4 cup chopped nuts (cashews, almonds)
A pinch of salt
1 tablespoon raisins
Method
1. Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add semolina and toast until it turns golden brown.
2. Add water, milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to avoid lumps.
3. Cook the mixture until it thickens, then add cardamom powder and grated coconut. Mix thoroughly.
4. Stir in chopped nuts and raisins. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, and serve warm or at room temperature.
