Korean Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients
1 kg chicken wings
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 green onions, chopped
Method
Prepare the chicken wings by rinsing them in cold water and patting dry.
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
Place the chicken wings in a large resealable bag or bowl and pour the marinade over them.
Seal the bag or cover the bowl and let the wings marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Arrange the chicken wings on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes.
