Ingredients
– 500 g ground lamb or beef
– 1 small onion, grated

– 1 teaspoon ground coriander
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika
– 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
– 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
– Salt, to taste
– Skewers
Method
1. Combine the ground meat, grated onion, minced garlic, and spices in a bowl.
2. Mix everything well using your hands until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Form the mixture into sausage shapes on the skewers.
4. Preheat a grill or frying pan over medium heat.
5. Cook the kebabs for 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally until they are well-browned and cooked through.
