Ingredients
- 500 g mushrooms, chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chillies, slit
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons coriander powder
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Method
1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onions and green chillies. Sauté until the onions become translucent.
3. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, and coriander powder. Cook for a couple of minutes.
4. Add the chopped mushrooms and mix well. Cook them for around 5 minutes until soft.
5. Pour in the coconut milk and add salt. Simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
