Ingredients

Method
1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and the dried red chili. Cook until they splutter.
3. Incorporate the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
4. Stir in the coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
5. Add the diced white pumpkin and water. Cover and cook until the pumpkin is tender.
