Ingredients

– 1 cup coconut milk

– Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
Method
1. Begin by heating the oil in a pot over medium heat.
2. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
3. Stir in the sliced onion and green chilies, cooking until the onions turn golden brown.
4. Add diced taro root, turmeric powder, and salt. Pour in the water, bring to a boil, then lower the heat.
5. After the taro is tender, mix in coconut milk and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
