Delicious Keema Bhindi: Okra And Minced Meat Curry Recipe

Ingredients

  • 250 g minced meat (beef or lamb)
  • 300 g okra, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Method

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
  3. Stir in the onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until the onion turns golden brown.
  4. Add minced meat, green chilies, and diced tomato. Cook until the meat is browned and fully cooked.
  5. Mix in the chopped okra, garam masala, salt, and cook for about 5 minutes until the okra is tender.
