Ingredients
- 250 g minced meat (beef or lamb)
- 300 g okra, chopped
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Method
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
- Stir in the onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until the onion turns golden brown.
- Add minced meat, green chilies, and diced tomato. Cook until the meat is browned and fully cooked.
- Mix in the chopped okra, garam masala, salt, and cook for about 5 minutes until the okra is tender.
