Ingredients
– 500 g minced meat
– 250 g okra
– 2 tablespoons oil
– 1 large onion, chopped
– 2 tomatoes, chopped
– 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
– 1 teaspoon red chili powder
– 1 teaspoon garam masala
– Salt to taste
– Fresh coriander, chopped
Method
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
3. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste, followed by the minced meat. Cook until the meat is browned.
4. Add chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until tomatoes soften.
5. Toss in sliced okra and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
