Ingredients
– 500g fresh crab
– 2 medium onions, finely chopped
– 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
– 2 teaspoons turmeric powder
– 2 teaspoons red chili powder
– 1 tablespoon mustard oil
– 2 medium tomatoes, pureed
– 200ml coconut milk
– 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
– Salt, to taste
Method
1. Start by cleaning the crab and cutting it into pieces.
2. Heat mustard oil in a large pan and fry the onions until golden brown.
3. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a couple of minutes.
4. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and mix well. Then, add the tomato puree.
5. Pour in the coconut milk and add the crab pieces. Cook until the crab is fully cooked. Finally, garnish with fresh coriander.
