Ingredients
500g potatoes, peeled and chopped
3 cups plain flour
1 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 packet dried yeast (7g)
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp olive oil
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp milk
Butter, for greasing

Method
Begin by boiling the chopped potatoes in a pot of salted water until soft.
Mash the potatoes until smooth, then let them cool.
In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Add the warm water and olive oil. Combine everything well.
Add the cooled mashed potatoes to the dough mixture. Knead until you have a smooth dough.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
