Ingredients
500 ml cranberry juice
250 g sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 packet (85 g) gelatin
250 ml water
1 cup fresh cranberries
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method
1. Pour the cranberry juice into a saucepan and add sugar, cinnamon, allspice, and salt. Stir over medium heat until the sugar fully dissolves.
2. Sprinkle the gelatin over 250 ml of cold water in a small bowl. Allow it to sit for about 5 minutes until it thickens.
3. Once the juice mixture is hot, remove it from the heat. Stir in the thickened gelatin until completely dissolved.
4. Add fresh cranberries and lemon juice to the mixture. Stir well to combine everything evenly.
5. Pour the mixture into a mold or dish. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
