Ingredients
– 500 g ground turkey
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup chopped parsley
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– 1 large egg
– 2 cups marinara sauce
– 4 crusty rolls
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
2. In a bowl, mix the turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper until combined.
3. Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking tray.
4. Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes until cooked through.
5. Warm the marinara sauce in a pot, then add the meatballs. Serve them in the rolls, topped with mozzarella cheese.
