Ingredients
– 500 g minced beef
– 1 can (400 g) crushed tomatoes
– 1 can (400 g) kidney beans, drained
– 1 medium onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup beef broth
– 1 tablespoon chili powder
– 1 teaspoon cumin
– 1 bell pepper, chopped
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion and garlic. Cook until the onion is soft.
3. Stir in the minced beef and cook until it’s browned.
4. Add crushed tomatoes, kidney beans, broth, chili powder, cumin, and bell pepper. Mix well.
5. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until it thickens.
