Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp Italian herbs
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup water
1 cup spinach, chopped
150 g paneer, cubed
1/2 cup grated cheese
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Mix rolled oats, plain flour, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs in a bowl. Add olive oil and water to the dry ingredients. Combine until a dough forms.
3. Press the dough onto the prepared baking tray to form a crust. Bake for 15 minutes until golden.
4. Remove the crust from the oven. Spread the chopped spinach and cubed paneer evenly on top.
5. Sprinkle grated cheese over the spinach and paneer. Return to the oven and bake for another 10-12 minutes until the cheese melts.
