Ingredients
500 g minced beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
1/4 cup diced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 large egg
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine minced beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Mix everything together using your hands until well blended.
4. Shape the mixture into meatballs, each about the size of a golf ball.
5. Place meatballs on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
