Ingredients

– 500 g ground beef
– 1 cup bread crumbs
– 1/4 cup chopped parsley
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup milk
– 1 large egg
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 2 cups marinara sauce

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, parsley, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball. Place them on the prepared tray.
4. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
5. Heat marinara sauce in a saucepan. Serve cooked meatballs with the sauce on top.
