Ingredients
- 3 large apples, peeled and sliced

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a big bowl, combine sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add eggs, oil, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Stir in the sliced apples and nuts if using, then pour the mixture into an iron skillet.
- Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
