Ingredients
– 500 g ground turkey
– 1 cup bread crumbs
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1 cup finely chopped celery
– 1 cup finely chopped onion
– 1 teaspoon dried sage
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Method
1. Place ground turkey, bread crumbs, broth, celery, onion, sage, thyme, salt, pepper, and Parmesan into a large bowl.
2. Mix everything together using your hands or a spoon until fully combined.
3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 4 cm in diameter.
4. Pour some chicken broth into the Instant Pot and add the meatballs in a single layer.
5. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
